I didn’t remember Bukowski was a Mac user. The keyboard he’s using is definitely an Apple Keyboard model M0116. On the left you can barely see a laser printer, probably an early Personal LaserWriter (SC or LS). Regarding the Macintosh itself, I can’t really tell (with the beer bottle partially in the way), but it looks like a Macintosh IIsi. And the software he’s launching appears to be Claris MacWrite II (see this page at the Vintage Mac Museum, scroll down until you find MacWrite II).
